I’ve been going to Dr. Black for 27 years and I told her on my last visit how much I appreciated her and contributed so much of my health today to her wisdom advice and especially her keeping up with all of my conditions and by checking my blood every six months, I thank God for her and I know you’d feel safe in her hands. Pam is Da Bomb and love her. Entire office is helpful and timely. I very much appreciate Dr. Blacks "down to earth" style of medicine whereby she translates everything into language you can understand and she isn't scared to "get on you" if she sees something dangerous in your results etc. Bottom line is I feel like everyone CARES about my health and well being and deliver their care with a smile. From the moment I contacted Dr. Black’s office, I felt seen, heard and accommodated. Stephanie guided me through a seamless appointment setting, providing expeditious responses and accelerated scheduling my appointment because of my need. At check in the day of my appointment, I was greeted by Stephanie with more kindness and care. Dr. Black’s ability to walk you from where you are to where you need to be so exhaustively redeemed my trust in providers. She sat with me, taking her time explaining and educating me about my results and where she knew I should be as it relates to my health concerns. This practice is definitely a light in the medical field. I’m so grateful my cousin referred me to Dr. Black and her kind, efficient office. Side note: They followed up with me and every time I call the office, they are attentive and make sure I have the answers I need or help me find them. I had for the first time, in a very, very, very long time, a wonderful encounter with an extremely thorough, engaging and attentive health care provider, when I met, and began treatment by Dr. Kristin Black. She listened to me, and explain comprehensively the result of my labwork without ever exuding a sense needing to "RUSH" things along. Her professionalism coupled with genuine care and concern about my issues (i.e health), Infused with a wonderful sense of humor, left me with an overarching impression that "This" doctor knows what she's talking about, therefore can be trusted.
